This Privacy Policy version is effective as of May 25, 2021.

This Privacy Policy explains ProspectConverter's ("we" or "our") practices, defines our users' ("you" or "your") privacy options and describes how your information is collected and used by ProspectConverter. ProspectConverter is a Service that allows professionals working in real estate to perform marketing and related services.

This Privacy Policy may apply to you as a ProspectConverter customer who uses our Service or to individuals whose information is collected by our customers as necessary to use the Service.

Our primary purpose in collecting and using information about you on our websites and in our Services is to enable you to effectively use the Service.

Our Service may contain links to other third-party websites. These websites may have privacy policies different than our Privacy Policy. The Service may also contain certain social media icons or widgets. Although you can view the material we have linked to, you may have to create an individual account or register to use these third-party sites. Information we collect.

• We collect information from you when you register on our sites, subscribe to our campaigns, or fill out a form;
• When ordering or registering on our sites, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, or phone number;

SMS Terms

To the extent you have the ability to enter your mobile number to receive messages from us, data and message rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Consent to receive text messages from us is not required to buy or use our other products and services. The number of messages you receive per month is dependent on the information you are requesting from us, such as incoming lead offers, notifications, and task reminders. You have full control over the text messages you receive. If you do not desire to receive these messages delete the respective mobile phone number in your user profile and deselect the option to receive text reminders for lead notifications and in tasks you create. How we protect your information.

We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for all user information collected in our Service.

How you can limit the information collected.

By providing information to us or using our Service you are consenting to our use of your data as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

While we work hard to use and disclose our users' personal information only for the purposes identified above, you can choose not to provide personal information or limit the personal information obtained by us as follows:

• You may have your contact information removed from our marketing lists to inform users of new or relevant products, services, and special offers by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any communication received from us or by emailing us at support@prospectconverter.com; and

Mobile App Push Notifications and Location Data.

Our mobile app may occasionally send you push notifications. You may at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by changing the settings on your mobile device. We may also collect location-based information if you use our mobile applications. You may opt-out of this collection by changing the settings on your mobile device.

In some cases, your limitation of the information we collect may limit or prevent your ability to use portions of our services or the Service.

Information retention period for collected through the Service.

Information that you provide to us or that we automatically collect through the Service will be retained while your account with us is active, and may be retained on data backups and in development databases after your account is cancelled for up to a year.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will require any third-party recipient of your personal information keep it confidential and not use, retain or transfer it for any purpose except performing their services, and we will not distribute your personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes without your consent.

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our Service Provider(s) to:

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance.

We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 16 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all intended for business audiences and no part of our Service is structured to attract anyone under 16 years old.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our websites and not to information collected offline.

Google Integrations

If you explicitly consent to integrate your Gmail or Google Calendar with the Service your use of the following integrations will allow ProspectConverter access to your Google user data:

1. Gmail Integration
   • By using the 'Gmail Integration' with the Service you consent to and grant the Service access to information associated with your account, including emails and subject lines. If you provide us with access to your Gmail data using the Gmail Integration, our use of that data will only be used as necessary to provide our services. We will only use access to read Gmail message bodies, subject lines, and headers to enhance the email experience for productivity purposes.
2. Google Calendar Integration
   • The Service will have access to create Appointments and Tasks on your Google Calendar and allow you to associate events with contact information in the CRM. The Service will have the ability to create individual calendar events.
